Vintage Flashlight British Empire Collectible Hong Kong Red Black Silver

This is a pre-owned flashlight. It is in good overall condition. The colors are still bold. However, there is wear on some spots of the metal. The inside has some rust. IT DOES NOT WORK. I checked the wires and they all appear to be connected securely. It is possible that the small lights need to be replaced. See picture #11. I am not sure. The button to open the casing works accordingly. The metal switch on top of handle goes back and forth correctly. And the black button goes up and down. This flashlight takes 4 "D" batteries. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED. The hinges on side are tight and work. The flashlight weighs just over 13 ounces. It is approximately 9" wide. And is roughly 5" tall at highest point. This would be a nice addition for a collector of vintage flashlights. Please see pictures. Thank you.
