    Vintage Strapon Steel Spike Ice Cleats.  With Leather straps, Made in Japan.   Designed for a boot with a heal.  Cleat straps on the mid section of the boot and the heal helps lock in the cleat.   Can be used for walking on ice or on the bottom of fishing boots to prevent slipping on slippery rocks.  Condition is Used.
